Reservation Policy

All reservations require a credit card. Rates are based on double occupancy. Add $15 for each additional person. Children age of 10 and under are free. Dogs are welcome in some of our rooms. Please read our Pet Policy. There is a $35 charge per dog for each night. Rates vary due to special events, holidays, and school vacation weeks. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Front Desk is open from Monday – Thursday: 7:30am-9:00pm, Friday and Saturday: 7:30am – 10:00pm & Sunday: 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM.


Cancellation Policy

A 3 days cancellation policy applies. The first nights stay is forfeited by the guest if the cancellation date is less than seven days from their scheduled arrival date or in the case of a no show.

Online or Travel Agent Reservation and Cancellation Policy

When you make an online or travel agent reservation we charge a deposit equal to the first nights room rental and tax. If you need to cancel your reservation outside seven days prior to arrival, you will be credited all of your deposit except for a $20.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel within seven days prior to arrival, you are responsible for the deposit of the first nights room rental and tax.

Non-Refundable Reservations Policy

The reservation will be charged in full at time of booking.  If cancelled or in the case of a no show the entire amount is forfeited by guest.
