We booked this hotel as an add-on to our Summer week in North Conway. What a wonderful surprise. Pulling into the parking lot it looks like a standard “quaint” motel. Even walking into the room, although very clean with the cutest quilt bed spreads, there was nothing really remarkable about it. However, after a day walking around North Conway the room gave us it’s real worth.

Very Happily Surprised

Slept like a baby, rooms were very comfortable, people at front desk or friendly. I could not ask for a better night stay. Excellent location close to lots of things to do I have stayed here three years in a row and I will continue

Awesome!

We recently returned from a three-night stay and were satsified with the cleaniness, walking distance to town, and friendliness of the owner. Although this is not a posh hotel, it is immaciulate and offers a great mini-fridge, air conditioner that was more than comfortable during the heat wave.

Comfortable and affordable

When we drove up to the hotel, our expectations were low. The new owner is super friendly and very helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were able to get the room very cold (Happy)

Surprisingly comfortable
